Cancellation Policy
-I require at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule after 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service total. All deposits are non-refundable.
-A set deposit for your service fee must be paid and It Is non-refundable. It will go towards your service total and must be paid when the service Is confirmed.
-If you no show your appointment and give no notice, 100% of the service will be charged and It will be up to me If you can book again.
-If you have a balance on your account that you have not paid from no show's or late fee's, you will not be able to book until It Is paid.
-Please arrive on time. I have a 10 minute grace period. If you are past that a $15 late fee will be added to your service and 50% of the service will be charged If we don't have enough time for the service. It will then be up to me If I still have enough time for your service.
